Our Mission

Generally Assembled exists to document what happens inside Ohio State’s Undergraduate Student Government.

Not the sanitized version. The real thing, budget debates, constitutional disputes, political maneuvering, and procedural breakdowns that rarely make it into official summaries.

When an election got messy, I started pulling transcripts. When meetings went uncovered, I started writing. When the story got buried, I published it myself.

This site isn’t neutral. It doesn’t aim for balance by pretending every actor is equally honest or competent. It takes transparency seriously and holds power to account. You won’t always agree with the framing. That’s fine. But the facts are here, sourced and linked.
